They independently learn to practice the most effective techniques that increase self-confidence and motivation. By using specially chosen Power Codes, you automatically become more connected to yourself. This makes communication more direct and more trusting.

Using their own Power Codes, seminar participants learn to activate their own resources almost instantly and expand them as they wish. Through the integrated approach of the Power Codes, they learn various personal goals to experience simultaneously in a single mental exercise. Seminar participants learn the effortless, direct way to go into optimal conditions of existence and performance and to integrate them into everyday life. Due to the increased resilience to stress, fears and discouragement, Power Codes are suitable for seminar participants for both mental health prevention and active health promotion.
